As you plan your visit to Sonoma Springs Covenant Church here are some things you can expect...

  • Come as you are. No need to dress up (unless you want to) or pretend to be someone you are not. Generally, the atmosphere is warm and casual.
  •  A typical service will last about 65 minutes. 
  • Greeters will meet you at the door, offer you a bulletin and answer any general questions you may have.
  • Nursery/childcare is available and is attended by trained workers with background checks. 
  • We'll sing a mix of contemporary and traditional music. The congregation is led in singing by our worship team.
  • Children are invited to attend "children's church" after a time of singing and news of the church.
  • Middle schoolers also have a breakout session available for them if they choose.
  • Communion will be served.
  • There is always someone available after the service for prayer and biblical counsel in the "prayer room" at the back of the sanctuary.
  • Refreshments are served in the lobby after the worship service. Linger a little longer and enjoy a cup of coffee, a light snack and some new friends.
  • Plan to hang around after the service for fellowship and meeting new people. Most every Sunday there is a "Lunch Bunch" crowd that gathers at a local eatery to enjoy a meal together. It's a great place to get connected, and hey, you're gonna eat something somewhere anyway. Why not join a friendly crowd and make some new friends?
